If you order Next Day Delivery by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day provided our carriers' services are functioning normally and there are no adverse weather conditions, or other factors which are out of our control.
If you place an order after 3pm on a Thursday on a next day service you will not receive this until the following Monday, we do not deliver on Saturdays.
If you order anytime after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
During busy sale periods Next Day Delivery option may not be available. Any changes will be stated in delivery information.
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any upcoming ones when you order.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day. We aim to dispatch any orders placed after this the following day, except Friday when we aim to dispatch on the following Monday or next working day if the Monday is a public holiday.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or a delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
We will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If you are not happy with your goods you can return your order to the following address. It is your responsibility to arrange this and pay for the return. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.
Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'.
In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please follow the procedure outlined below to request a Returns Number ("RN") and to return the goods. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a refund or replacement.
All returned items must have a RN. You may obtain a RN by emailing email@example.com or using our contact form within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.
All goods which have been returned in line with the T&Cs will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method at the price paid for the item, including any sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.
